You may cancel your subscription to the Home Inspection service at any time by providing notice to COOVES CIVES HOME INSPECT. If you cancel your subscription, your access will continue until the end of the current subscription term, and you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
If COOVES CIVES HOME INSPECT terminates your access to the Home Inspection service for a violation of any terms and conditions or for any other reason, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, your account and all associated data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain prior to cancellation or termination of your subscription.
COOVES CIVES HOME INSPECT reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service or any feature or functionality thereof at any time with or without notice to you. If COOVES CIVES HOME INSPECT discontinues the service or a feature or functionality thereof, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
